Your Career Crisis Isn't a Career Crisis. It's a Worth Crisis.

Do you feel like you don't have enough to live the life you want to live?

Maybe you're making six figures but feel empty. Or you're the helper drowning while saving everyone else. Or you're "still figuring it out" while everyone else seems ahead. Or you traded your creativity for stability and regret it every day.

Whatever your story: You're performing instead of living. Sunday scaries are debilitating. You wake up with dread.

Here's what you don't know: Why would you change if you don't think you're worth it?

15-20 spots only | Starts March 26, 2026 | 4 weeks to transform your relationship with work

You Know Something's Off, But You Can't Explain It

THE PATTERN YOU'RE STUCK IN:

- Sunday night dread that makes you physically nauseous

- Monday morning mask you put on to perform

- Weekend recovery that never fully recovers

- Everyone else seems to have it figured out—you're still stuck

- You should be grateful, but you feel shameful because you're actually miserable

- You don't know if you should quit or if you're just being ungrateful

THE QUESTIONS RUNNING THROUGH YOUR MIND:

"Is this all there is?"

"What's wrong with me?"

"Why can't I just be happy?"

"Do I quit or stay?"

"What would I even do if I left?"

"Am I just being ungrateful?"

You're not alone. And you're not broken.

The Real Problem: You Followed a Script You Never Consciously Chose

Most career coaches will tell you to find your passion, update your resume, or network better. That's treating the symptom, not the root.

Here's the truth: Your career dissatisfaction isn't about your job. It's about the worth wound you've been carrying since childhood.

THE WORTH WOUND:

- 80% of your life runs on subconscious autopilot

- Your current career path is serving the worth source you developed at age 8

- You're trying to prove to Dad (even if he's gone) that you're enough

- The critical voice in your head? That's his voice internalized

WHAT'S MISSING: Two critical components most people never address:

1. COMPETENCE: "Can I actually do it?" (Most career coaches address this)

2. CONNECTION: "Am I worthy of it?" (This is the father/mother wound—what I address)

You don't need more skills. You need to believe you're worth using them.

Do Any of These Sound Like You?

1. THE GOLDEN HANDCUFFS GUY

High-paying corporate (banking, consulting, tech)

You're making $150K-300K+. Parents are proud. You're miserable. The lifestyle, the status, the "what would people think?" keeps you trapped. You're performing instead of living.

What if the success you achieved to prove your worth is the exact thing keeping you from feeling worthy?

2. THE PURPOSELESS ACHIEVER

Dream job everyone wanted (FAANG, prestigious firm)

You got the job everyone said was "the goal." Great pay, benefits, prestige. But you feel like you're wasting your life. You never developed your own values—just followed achievement markers.

You climbed the ladder your parents built—now you're at the top wondering why you feel so lost.

3. THE BURNED-OUT HELPER

Helping professions (teacher, therapist, social work, nonprofit)

You became a helper to "make a difference." Underpaid, overworked, drowning. You went into this because Dad was absent—trying to be the mentor you never had. Now you're giving everything away and have nothing left.

You became the helper because you never felt helped—but now you're drowning trying to save everyone else.

4. THE LATE BLOOMER

Entry-level or "still figuring it out"

Peers are getting promoted, married, buying houses. You're still "figuring it out." Entry-level job at 27-28 feels embarrassing. You internalized: "I'm the failure, the disappointment."

Everyone else seems to have figured it out—you're stuck at the starting line wondering what's wrong with you.

5. THE CLIMBER WHO STOPPED CARING

Corporate (consultant, mid-level manager)

You climbed hard for years—made it to mid/senior level. Then something broke. Used to care about promotions—now you just clock in. Lost the hunger. No life outside work. Identity = job title. Without it, who are you?

You spent a decade climbing—now you're at the top wondering why you stopped caring.

6. THE CREATIVE STUCK IN CORPORATE

Corporate job taken "to be practical"

You wanted a creative career (film, music, art, design). Parents said "get a real job." Soul-crushing corporate work for years. Creative tools collecting dust. Dad said artistic = weak. You internalized: creative side isn't valuable.

You buried your creativity to be "responsible"—now you're drowning in work that doesn't matter.

The 4-Week Worth Progression: From "Not Enough" to "Worth It"

This isn't traditional therapy (too slow) or career coaching (too surface-level) or masculinity guru nonsense (too alpha-bro). This is depth psychology for men who are ready to do the real work.

WEEK 1: The Messages That Made You

March 25, 7:30-9pm EST

You'll name the specific messages about success, work, and manhood that you inherited—and excavate the limiting belief underneath.

The micro-transformation:

"If I stopped [achieving/working hard/being helpful], then I would be _____."

You'll discover your limiting belief.

"If I stopped [worth source], I would STILL be _____."

You'll claim the truth.

You'll leave Week 1 knowing: Your core limiting belief and the truth that counters it.

WEEK 2: Dignity, Mastery, and Your Values

April 1, 7:30-9pm EST

Stop asking "Does this fulfill me?" Start asking "Am I building mastery?" And identify the 5 core values that define who you are.

The shift:

- From passion mindset → craftsman mindset

- From external validation → internal dignity

- From comfort (codependence) → self-satisfaction (independence)

You'll leave Week 2 knowing: Your top 5 core values and whether your current job honors them.

WEEK 3: Test Before You Leap

April 8, 7:30-9pm EST

Your values are diagnostic. If fewer than 3 align, seriously consider leaving (Path B). If 3+ align, staying is viable (Path A)—but you choose. Then design your 30-90 day experiment.

Path A (Stay & Transform): Find dignity in current job, build career capital, negotiate for control

Path B (Actively Leave): "Good enough" job strategy, low-stakes experiments, permission to want something different

You'll leave Week 3 with: A clear path and a 30-90 day experiment (first action taken before Sunday).

WEEK 4: Who's Making the Decision?

April 15, 7:30-9pm EST

Your Achiever, People-Pleaser, and Risk-Avoider parts have been making your decisions. Name them, appreciate them, choose from Self instead.

The full circle:

- Week 1 messages → Week 4 parts formed from those messages

- Week 1 limiting beliefs → Week 4 Self choosing from truth

You'll leave Week 4 with: 90-day commitment, clear understanding of your parts, ability to choose from Self.

Meet Wes Lambert, LMHC

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts specializing in men's work, father wounds, and trauma informed therapy.

MY STORY:

I'm the man who needed to believe he was worth it. I followed the script—business school, "responsible" career, played worship music on the side but buried my creative calling. I know what it's like to feel trapped between what you were told to want and what you actually want.

MY APPROACH:

- Not a guru—a licensed therapist

- Not surface tactics—depth psychology

- Not generic advice—specific to men 27-35

- Not theory—practical frameworks + group work

CREDENTIALS:

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Massachusetts)

- Therapy practice at TFY (Therapy for You)

- Host: "The Mature Male" podcast

- Trained in DBT attachment theory, archetypal psychology

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A: Yes. This isn't about quitting tomorrow. Week 3 you'll design a low-stakes experiment—you can test alternatives WHILE employed or even transform your current job. Path A (stay & transform) is just as valid as Path B (leave).

  • A: Gratitude and desire for something different can coexist. You can appreciate what you have AND want to live differently. That's not ungrateful—that's human.

  • A: Therapy helped you see the pattern. This helps you break it. 4 weeks structured + group of men + practical frameworks = different outcome than years of open-ended talk.

  • A: The job isn't the problem. The worth wound is. And yes, that's inside you—which is actually good news, because YOU can heal it. You can't control your company. You can control your relationship with work.

  • A: 4 90 minute live calls + 90 days of experiments

  • A: Yes. In fact, your partner will likely notice the shift. Many men report that transforming their relationship with work improves their intimate relationships—they stop bringing numbness and dread home.

  • A: Most focus on habits, productivity, or generic masculinity content. This addresses the specific psychological wound (worth wound) that creates career crisis. I'm a licensed therapist, not a guru. And we go deep.

  • A: Yes. After experiencing Tier 1, you can upgrade to Tier 2 for ongoing community or book 1-on-1 sessions separately if needed.

Ready to Face Some Shit?

But here's what's also true:

You'll feel empowered. Free. Less stuck. You'll know whether to stay or leave. You'll design an experiment and take the first action. You'll meet 15-20 men who finally get it. You'll have tools to make decisions from Self, not fear.

The man who needed to believe he was worth it—that's you.

Cohort starts March 26, 2026.
